1. WHAT IS OPENCLAW
We find businesses in Germany, Austria, and Poland that don't have a website. We build a professional website for them — for free. By the time you reach out, the website already exists. Your job: contact the business, show them their website, and close the sale.

2. HOW TO GET YOUR LEADS
Open the Export Page
Go to: https://missioncontroloc.duckdns.org/export
Pick Your Filters
At the top of the page, you'll see filters. Pick what you want to work on today:
- Country: AT (Austria), DE (Germany), PL (Poland), or leave empty for ALL
• Channel: How you want to reach them — instagram, facebook, whatsapp, phone, email, phone_only
• Category: restaurant, salon, hotel, lawyer, dentist, etc.
• City: Pick a specific city to focus on
• Min Score: Higher score = more likely to buy. Start with 60+ for good leads, 80+ for the best
• Limit: How many leads to download (start with 500)
Click "Filter" to see the results. Click "Download CSV" to get the file.
Quick Shortcuts (One-Click Buttons)
These buttons are at the top of the export page — click once, get leads instantly:
- Instagram Outreach — 500 best Instagram leads, score 60+
• Facebook Outreach — 500 best Facebook leads, score 60+
• Phone Call List — 200 phone-only leads for calling

3. WHAT'S IN THE CSV FILE
Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets. Here are the columns you'll use:

4. THE OUTREACH RULES
These rules protect our reputation. Follow them exactly.
Rule 1: FIRST MESSAGE NEVER INCLUDES THE WEBSITE LINK
• Send the hook first: "We noticed your business doesn't have a website. We built one for you."
• Wait for their reply
• ONLY when they reply with interest, send the preview_url
Rule 2: DAILY LIMITS PER CHANNEL
To avoid getting your accounts banned:
• WhatsApp: 30-40 messages per day
• Instagram: 15-20 per account per day (rotate your accounts)
• Facebook: 15-20 per account per day (rotate your accounts)
• Phone: 15-20 calls per day
• Email: Start with 10/day for the first week, slowly increase to 50/day over 30 days
Rule 3: FOLLOW-UP SEQUENCE
• Day 1: Send first message
• Day 3: Follow up if no reply
• Day 5: Follow up again
• Day 7: Try phone call if they have a number
• Day 10: Last follow-up
• Day 14: Stop. Move on. Don't contact again for 60 days.
Rule 4: NEVER SEND MORE THAN 3 MESSAGES WITHOUT A REPLY
If they don't respond after 3 attempts across any channel — stop. Move to the next lead.

5. WHEN A BUSINESS REPLIES
Step 1: They reply with interest
Send them the preview_url link from the CSV. Say: "Here's the website we built for you — take a look!"
Step 2: They like the website
Tell them the price:

6. CHANNEL-SPECIFIC TIPS
Instagram
• Use the outreach_instagram_text from the CSV
• Send as DM to their business account
• Visual businesses (restaurants, salons, beauty, hotels) respond best here
• Rotate your 20-30 accounts, max 15-20 DMs per account per day
• Keep it casual — Instagram is informal
Facebook
• Use the outreach_fb_text from the CSV
• Message their BUSINESS PAGE, not personal profile
• Messages to business pages land in their inbox — they get a notification
• Slightly more professional tone than Instagram
WhatsApp
• Click the whatsapp_link in the CSV — it opens the chat directly in WhatsApp Web
• Use the outreach_whatsapp_text from the CSV
• WhatsApp has the highest reply rate — always prioritize these leads
• Keep it short and friendly
Phone
• Use the outreach_phone_script from the CSV — it has 3 bullet points
• Be confident: "We already built your website. Can I send you the link on WhatsApp?"
• Best for GOLD tier leads with high buyer scores
• If they're interested on the call, immediately send the demo link via WhatsApp
Email
• Use the outreach_email_text from the CSV
• First line = subject, after the --- line = body
• Start slow: 10 emails per day in week 1, increase gradually
• Never send the website link in the first email — wait for their reply

7. REPORTING RESULTS — THE FEEDBACK PAGE
After contacting leads, report what happened. This makes our system smarter.
1. Open: https://missioncontroloc.duckdns.org/feedback
2. Enter the Lead ID (it's in the first column of your CSV if you add id, or search the business name)
3. Select what happened:
- Contacted — you sent a message, waiting for reply
- Replied — they replied (positive or neutral)
- Converted — they bought! Enter the amount
- Not Interested — they said no
- Wrong Number — contact info was wrong
- Already Has Website — they already have a website
4. Select which channel you used (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Email, Phone)
5. If converted: enter the amount in EUR
6. Add any notes
7. Click Submit
The more you report, the better leads you'll get next time. Our system learns from your results.

8. COMMON QUESTIONS
Q: A business says they already have a website
A: Mark them as "Already Has Website" in the feedback page. Our system should have filtered them out — reporting this helps us improve.
Q: The pre-written message is in the wrong language
A: Austrian and German leads get German messages. Polish leads get Polish messages. If something is wrong, note the Lead ID and report it.
Q: I found a lead with wrong contact info
A: Skip it and move to the next one. Report it in the feedback page with notes.
Q: The website link doesn't load
A: Try refreshing. If it still doesn't work, skip the lead and move on.
Q: How many leads should I contact per day?
A: Target 150-250 total touchpoints across all channels per day:
• 30 WhatsApp + 60 Instagram + 60 Facebook + 15 calls + 10 emails = 175 per day
Q: Which leads should I prioritize?
A: Start with:
1. WhatsApp leads (highest reply rate)
2. GOLD tier leads (confirmed no website)
3. Score 80+ leads (most likely to buy)
4. Instagram leads in visual categories (restaurants, salons, beauty)
Q: Can I contact the same business on multiple channels?
A: Yes, but wait 2 days between channels. Don't message them on Instagram AND Facebook on the same day.
